Tabula Rasa HealthCare Inc. is relocating its headquarters to the Moorestown Corporate Center.
The company signed a 74,-565-square-foot lease with Keystone Property Group and will move from 110 Marter Ave. in Moorestown.
The fast-growing medication management and distribution firm filed in January to go public in an $115 million initial public offering.
The company is headed up by Calvin Knowlton, a serial entrepreneur who has formed 10 health-care related companies during his career, including Philadelphia-based excelleRx Inc. That medication management firm works with about 400 hospice agencies providing care to 48,000 patients across the country.
Knowlton co-founded Tabula Rasa with his his wife, Dr. Orusla Knowlton, and it has been operating since 2011 as CareKinesis. It was established as the parent company for CareKinesis in June of 2014 to facilitate its IPO plans.
Keystone Property bought the Moorestown Corporate Center, which totals 223,000 square feet, in 2012 and made a series of upgrades to the property’s interior and exterior. The space will serve as Tabula Rasa’s corporate headquarters.
“Conveniently located near the New Jersey Turnpike, I-295 and other major roadways, we found this prominent office complex to be an extremely attractive option,” Knowlton said in a statement. “We were looking for a property that could inspire our employees and accommodate our evolving needs. The convenience and indoor and outdoor amenities of Moorestown Corporate Center makes the property a perfect fit for our company.”
Brian Saggiomo of CBRE Inc. represented Tabula Rasa in the lease. Scott Paymer represented Keystone in-house.
